You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password).
Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately. Intel Host BD will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
3. Domain & Hosting Services
Domain Registration: Domain registrations are unique and non-refundable once processed. Registration is subject to availability and the rules of the respective registry (ICANN, (.bd) registry, etc.).
Uptime Guarantee: We strive to maintain a 99.9% server uptime. However, Intel Host BD is not liable for any temporary downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, network failures beyond our control, or malicious cyber-attacks.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to host any illegal material, including but not limited to copyrighted content without permission, adult content, phishing sites, malware, or spamming scripts. Violating this will lead to immediate account suspension without a refund.
4. Source Code & Digital Products License
All digital products, scripts, and source codes purchased from Intel Host BD are licensed, not sold.
Usage: Depending on the license purchased (Single or Extended), you are allowed to use the source code for your personal or commercial projects as specified.
Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sharing the purchased source code, scripts, or digital assets on any other marketplace or public platform.
5. IT Support & Social Media Ads
IT Support: Technical support is provided via live chat, WhatsApp, calls, or our ticketing system. While we attempt to solve issues promptly, we do not guarantee an immediate fix for highly complex third-party software issues.
Social Media Ads: Intel Host BD manages ad campaigns on third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram). We optimize campaigns for the best possible ROI, but we do not guarantee specific sales or lead generation numbers, as conversions depend on market factors and the client’s product/service quality.
6. Payments and Billing
All payments must be cleared before the activation of domains, hosting, or digital product downloads.
We accept payments via local mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), local debit/credit cards, and international payment gateways.
Renewals: It is the client’s responsibility to renew domain and hosting services before the expiration date to avoid suspension or loss of data.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.
Domain registrations, setup fees, and digital product/source code downloads are strictly non-refundable due to the nature of digital assets.
Hosting packages may be eligible for a refund within a specific money-back guarantee period (if applicable), provided the user did not violate any terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intel Host BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

২. অ্যাকাউন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন এবং নিরাপত্তা
আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরির সময় আপনাকে অবশ্যই সঠিক, বর্তমান এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের ইউজারনেম এবং পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব আপনার।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের কোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার লক্ষ্য করলে অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। অ্যাকাউন্টের পাসওয়ার্ড হ্যাক বা অসতর্কতার কারণে কোনো ক্ষতি হলে Intel Host BD দায়ী থাকবে না।
৩. ডোমেইন ও হোস্টিং সেবা
ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন: ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পূর্ণ ইউনিক এবং একবার প্রসেস হয়ে গেলে তা পরিবর্তন বা রিফান্ড করা সম্ভব নয়। ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন আন্তর্জাতিক রেজিস্ট্রি (ICANN, .bd রেজিস্ট্রি ইত্যাদি) নিয়মানুযায়ী পরিচালিত হয়।
আপটাইম গ্যারান্টি: আমরা আমাদের সার্ভারে ৯৯.৯% আপটাইম বজায় রাখার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি। তবে কোনো পূর্বঘোষিত রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ (Scheduled Maintenance), আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের নেটওয়ার্ক বিপর্যয় বা সাইবার অ্যাটাকের কারণে সাময়িক ডাউনটাইমের জন্য Intel Host BD দায়ী থাকবে না।
নিষিদ্ধ কনটেন্ট: আমাদের হোস্টিং সার্ভারে কোনো প্রকার অবৈধ ফাইল বা কনটেন্ট রাখা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। এর মধ্যে কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘন করে এমন ফাইল, অ্যাডাল্ট কনটেন্ট, ফিশিং সাইট, ম্যালওয়্যার বা স্প্যামিং স্ক্রিপ্ট অন্তর্ভুক্ত। এই নিয়ম লঙ্ঘন করলে কোনো প্রকার রিফান্ড ছাড়াই অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে সাসপেন্ড করা হবে।
৪. সোর্স কোড ও ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্টস লাইসেন্স
Intel Host BD থেকে কেনা সমস্ত ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট, স্ক্রিপ্ট এবং সোর্স কোড মূলত লাইসেন্সের অধীনে দেওয়া হয়, এটি স্থায়ী মালিকানা হস্তান্তর নয়।
ব্যবহারের নিয়ম: ক্রয়কৃত লাইসেন্সের ধরণ (Single বা Extended) অনুযায়ী আপনি এই সোর্স কোডগুলো আপনার ব্যক্তিগত বা বাণিজ্যিক প্রজেক্টে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।
নিষেধাজ্ঞা: আমাদের থেকে কেনা কোনো সোর্স কোড, স্ক্রিপ্ট বা ডিজিটাল অ্যাসেট অন্য কোনো মার্কেটপ্লেসে বা পাবলিক প্ল্যাটফর্মে পুনরায় বিক্রি করা, বিনামূল্যে বিতরণ করা বা শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ বেআইনি এবং দণ্ডনীয় অপরাধ।
৫. আইটি সাপোর্ট ও সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া অ্যাডস
আইটি সাপোর্ট: আমাদের টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট লাইভ চ্যাট, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ, কল অথবা টিকিট সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হয়। আমরা দ্রুততম সময়ে সমস্যা সমাধানের চেষ্টা করি, তবে থার্ড-পার্টি কোনো সফটওয়্যার বা জটিল কোডিং সমস্যার তাত্ক্ষণিক সমাধানের কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই।

৬. পেমেন্ট এবং বিলিং
ডোমেইন, হোস্টিং বা ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট ডাউনলোডের সুবিধাসমূহ চালু করার পূর্বে অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
আমরা বিকাশ, রকেট, নগদ, স্থানীয় যেকোনো ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড এবং ইন্টারন্যাশনাল পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে সম্পূর্ণ নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।
রিনিউয়াল (নবায়ন): মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার আগেই ডোমেইন এবং হোস্টিং রিনিউ করার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব ক্লায়েন্টের। মেয়াদ শেষ হয়ে গেলে ডেটা লস বা ডোমেইন হাতছাড়া হওয়ার জন্য Intel Host BD দায়ী থাকবে না।
৭. রিফান্ড ও অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ
যেকোনো রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট আমাদের মূল Refund Policy অনুযায়ী বিবেচিত হবে।
ডোমেইন রেজিস্ট্রেশন, সেটআপ ফি এবং সোর্স কোড/ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট ডাউনলোডের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো প্রকার রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়, কারণ এগুলো ডিজিটাল এবং একবার ব্যবহারের উপযোগী সম্পদ।
হোস্টিং প্যাকেজের ক্ষেত্রে নির্দিষ্ট মানি-ব্যাক গ্যারান্টি (যদি প্রযোজ্য থাকে) সময়ের মধ্যে রিফান্ড দাবি করা যাবে, যদি কাস্টমার আমাদের কোনো শর্ত বা নিয়ম ভঙ্গ না করে থাকেন।
৮. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী, Intel Host BD কোনো অবস্থাতেই কাস্টমারের ব্যবসার কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি, লাভ বা ডেটা হারানোর জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না। আমাদের সেবার ব্যবহার বা ব্যবহার করতে না পারার কারণে সৃষ্ট যেকোনো পরিস্থিতির দায়ভার ব্যবহারকারীর।
৯. শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন
